In 2025, 91Ӱ�� scored 88 out of 100 points for its 2024 performance, bearing in mind that the assessment framework used by Ethifinance has been strengthened to take account of emerging ESG risks.
In a demanding climate and energy context, 91Ӱ�� is continuing its efforts to protect the environment and promote energy independence.

Nantes (France), on 12 March 2026 – 91Ӱ�� (EURONEXT: LHYFE) – one of the world pioneers in the production of green and renewable hydrogen for the decarbonisation of industry and mobility – announced that its rating has been renewed by EthiFinance ESG Ratings, following the assessment of its 2024 extra-financial performance.

91Ӱ�� scored particularly highly for its efforts in favour of the environment and energy independence, in this rating awarded by an independent agency specialising in ESG assessment of European listed companies.

A drive for continuous improvement 

91Ӱ�� is an energy company focused entirely on environmental benefits and energy independence. Driven by the need to achieve the energy transition here and now, the company has been at the forefront of many advances in the development of the green hydrogen sector. After becoming the first European player to produce green hydrogen in 2021, in 2025 91Ӱ�� became the first in France to obtain RFNBO1 certification, the European Union’s most demanding standard for renewable hydrogen, demonstrating that the operation of RFNBO hydrogen production units and their distribution in bulk is already mature in Europe.

Beyond its industrial activity, 91Ӱ�� deploys an ESG approach covering all its operations, from its governance to its social and environmental practices. When it was floated on the stock market in 2022, 91Ӱ�� decided to have its extra-financial performance assessed annually, in order to establish a structured framework for its ESG initiatives and to continue improving in this field.

Confirmed progress within a strengthened reference framework

Since 2022, 91Ӱ��’s extra-financial performance has been analysed each year by EthiFinance ESG Ratings, an independent European rating agency specialising in the assessment of companies listed on the European market, in order to support sustainable finance. Its assessment is based on a framework of 140 criteria divided into 4 pillars: Environment, Social, Governance and External Stakeholders.

In 2025, Ethifinance developed its reference framework in order to integrate new ESG risks and bring the methodology into line with European standards, particularly in terms of double materiality. The agency has thus recalculated the ratings for previous years on the basis of this new methodology to ensure consistency in the ratings curve.

Based on this update, 91Ӱ��’s score stands at 88 out of 100 for 2024, up from 85 out of 100 the previous year and 70 out of 100 in 2022.��

Furthermore, EthiFinance considers that 91Ӱ�� contributes 100% to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through its products and services.

Hyliko renews its confidence in 91Ӱ�� and increases renewable hydrogen supply volumes for its two stations in the Paris region

The leader in hydrogen-powered heavy mobility is preparing for compliance with the French TIRUERT scheme[1] and the associated valuation mechanisms

After supplying Hyliko’s station in Villabé (Essonne) for its start-up, 91Ӱ�� has once again been chosen to supply the station with hydrogen, this time for a longer-term period.
From 2027, 91Ӱ�� will also supply the second Hyliko station, in Tremblay-en-France (Seine-Saint-Denis), which is also aimed at supporting decarbonised goods transport in the Paris region.
This new contract[2] is for more than 200 tonnes of RFNBO hydrogen[3].
91Ӱ�� is already delivering RFNBO-certified hydrogen – RFNBO is the European Union’s most demanding standard for renewable hydrogen – which is TIRUERT¹-eligible.
As soon as the TIRUERT decree is published, Hyliko will be able to generate certificates, resulting in additional income that could lower the price of RFNBO hydrogen at the pump.

Nantes (France), 27 January 2026 – 91Ӱ�� (EURONEXT: LHYFE) – one of the world’s pioneers in the production of green and renewable hydrogen for the decarbonisation of mobility and industry – and Hyliko – the first turnkey solution to accelerate the decarbonisation of road transport using hydrogen – have announced the signing of a new multi-year contract. This contract, which came into effect on 1 November 2025, is a renewal and extension of the previous contract, and includes the supply of the second Hyliko station. 91Ӱ�� announced the signing of this contract in a press release published on 18 November 2025, without revealing the name of the partner or the details of the agreement.

At the end of October, Hyliko, which inaugurated its hydrogen centre of excellence for heavy goods vehicles in Villabé (Essonne) a year before, announced the installation of a second hydrogen refuelling station in Tremblay-en-France (Seine-Saint-Denis).

91Ӱ�� already supplies the Villabé station, which has registered strong demand and remarkable performance. The RFNBO-certified renewable hydrogen supplied by 91Ӱ�� has enabled trucks to travel more than 342,000 km, avoiding the emission of 234 tonnes of CO2 and saving almost 110,000 litres of diesel.

For the supply of its second hydrogen station, due to come on stream in 2027, Hyliko is once again putting its trust in 91Ӱ��. The station will be located in Tremblay-en-France, at the heart of the Roissy logistics hub and close to the A1 motorway.

Under this new two-year contract, 91Ӱ�� will supply more than 200 tonnes of RFNBO hydrogen to Hyliko’s two stations.

In May 2025, 91Ӱ�� became the first French player to deliver RFNBO–certified hydrogen. Its four production sites obtained the certification between May and September 2025, making the company the leading European player in terms of production and delivery capacity for RFNBO hydrogen produced through the electrolysis of water. The RFNBO standard is the European Union’s most demanding standard for green hydrogen under the European Renewable Energy Directive. RFNBO-certified hydrogen is eligible for the French incentive scheme, TIRUERT, which is due to come into effect shortly.

Through 91Ӱ��’s supply of RFNBO-certified renewable hydrogen, Hyliko has prepared for compliance with TIRUERT.

TIRUERT (Tax incentive for the use of renewable energy in transport) is a French regulatory measure designed to encourage the use of renewable fuels in transport. It integrates RFNBO-certified hydrogen alongside other renewable fuels, and enables it to be valued through certificates as part of a self-financing market mechanism.

As soon as the decree governing this scheme is published, Hyliko will be able to add value to the RFNBO hydrogen it distributes by issuing certificates, thereby generating additional income that could allow it to adjust sales price. It is estimated that this mechanism could reduce the price of a kilo of RFNBO hydrogen by around four to six euros at the pump.

Nantes (France), 21 January 2026 – 91Ӱ�� (EURONEXT: LHYFE) one of the world’s pioneers in the production of green and renewable hydrogen for the decarbonisation of mobility and industry – has been supplying France’s first motorway hydrogen station accessible to heavy goods vehicles, operated by TEAL Mobility, since November 2025.

This station, located on the A4 motorway in the Grand Est region (northeastern France), opens up strategic corridors towards Germany and the Benelux countries, facilitating low-carbon mobility along east-west and north-south routes.

For the supply of this station[1], TEAL Mobility is working with 91Ӱ��, under a multi-year contract. 91Ӱ�� currently has four renewable hydrogen production sites installed in France and Germany (21 MW), and its installed capacity is set to increase by 70% in 2026.

In May 2025, 91Ӱ�� became the first French player to deliver RFNBO*-certified hydrogen (*Renewable Fuels of non-biological origin). Its four sites obtained this certification between May and September 2025, making the company the leading European player in terms of production and delivery capacity for RFNBO hydrogen produced through the electrolysis of water. The RFNBO standard is the European Union’s most demanding standard for green hydrogen under the European Renewable Energy Directive.

To deliver its hydrogen, 91Ӱ�� has a fleet of 70 type-IV containers, which is among the most complete and modern in Europe. Combined with over four years’ expertise in the hydrogen supply chain, this fleet will enable it to achieve service excellence.

Nantes (France), 19 December 2025 – 7:30 am: 91Ӱ�� (EURONEXT:) LHYFE) – one of the world’s pioneers in the production of green and renewable hydrogen for the decarbonisation of mobility and industry – confirms doubling its 2025 revenues year on year, focuses its development strategy and targets growth in new end markets.

A strategy for 2026 focused on continued sales growth and a refocus on the most advanced industrial projects.

Since its creation, 91Ӱ��’s industrial and logistics capacities have grown strongly and rapidly, driven by accelerating demand for green hydrogen. In just a few years, the company has built one of the most advanced ecosystems in the sector, combining several production sites in France and Germany (91Ӱ�� has 22 MW of production capacity installed to date and a 70% increase in production capacity is planned for 2026), a supply chain among the most integrated and efficient in Europe (with a 70-strong container fleet, 20 storage sites, three partner transport companies and the milestone of over 1,000 deliveries achieved this year), and an exemplary safety culture with zero accidents recorded this year, as well as a portfolio of over sixty customers in nine European countries. Sales rose from €1m in 2023 to €5m in 2024, and 91Ӱ�� confirms its objective of doubling 2025 sales with c. €10m reached by year end.

This strong progression reflects the very real existence of the green hydrogen market and its growth, as well as the robustness of 91Ӱ��’s industrial model and operational capacities. The European political and regulatory context in which 91Ӱ�� is operating is yet holding back the development of the market, whereas in other regions where the ambitions and associated regulatory framework have been set, the market is developing very quickly.

In 2020, the EU set a target of 40 GW of installed electrolysis capacity by 2030; five years later, at the halfway stage, around 600 MW are operational, or 1.5% of the target. The regulatory framework is gradually being put in place (RED 3 in particular) but is slow to be transposed in the Member States. Nevertheless, the value chain is mature, the pioneers have begun their transformation – 91Ӱ��’s progression bears witness to this – and some markets already have a clear, coordinated and stable framework.

While the market’s development is clear, it remains selective and slower-paced, calling for appropriate management and alignment of the company’s resources, as well as the prioritisation of investments in order to accelerate the path to breakeven and drive profitability.

In this context, 91Ӱ�� has decided to focus its strategic priorities on:

Strengthening its commercial and operational activities, in order to accelerate the production and distribution of green hydrogen across Europe, using its six operating and under construction production sites (+70% production capacity during 2026), its partner sites, and a logistics savoir-faire that is now fully operational (1,000 deliveries already made to over sixty customers in Europe). This provides it a solid base from which to pursue and expand sales growth.
Prioritising European projects in mature and existing markets and that are best aligned with current market needs and regulations. Among its 55 projects in Europe, 91Ӱ�� has identified its priorities as mobility, industry in the UK and refineries in Europe. The other projects remain in the portfolio in order to pursue future market developments.
Refocusing of engineering on core expertise businesses and outsourcing of EPC activities (engineering, procurement and construction) for its next industrial projects, given the maturity now reached by industry suppliers and the project management experience acquired by 91Ӱ��, having already installed six, and soon to be eight, production sites[1]. This move will enable 91Ӱ�� to concentrate its efforts on its core industrial business, while preserving its leading-edge expertise within the company.

In this new phase, 91Ӱ�� will adapt its organisation, and will also make a more targeted allocation of its resources. As of 2026, 91Ӱ�� aims to reduce its costs by approximately 30% and adopt a leaner project development process.

Through its green hydrogen production, 91Ӱ�� has demonstrated its ecological sustainability. The company now intends to demonstrate the economic sustainability of its key activities, the development and the production/sale of green hydrogen.

A new trajectory, in line with market development

Through this approach, 91Ӱ�� is durably safeguarding its industrial assets, its technological expertise, and its ability to actively contribute to the energy transition in Europe, while strengthening the sustainability of its business model.

Through this move, 91Ӱ�� actively manages its activity in a volatile environment and intends to remain a major player in green hydrogen with a solid industrial base, a fully operational supply chain, a portfolio of customers across Europe and recognised industrial and operational capabilities. These foundations will enable 91Ӱ�� to continue its development, in line with site and market developments.

Nantes (France), 18 November 2025 – 91Ӱ�� (EURONEXT: LHYFE), one of the world’s pioneers in the production of green and renewable hydrogen for the decarbonisation of mobility and industry, has announced the signing of a multi-year contract with an operator in the hydrogen heavy-mobility sector.

Under this agreement, 91Ӱ�� will supply its customer with RFNBO-certified renewable hydrogen (Renewable Fuel of Non-Biological Origin), the most demanding standard set by the European Union for renewable hydrogen.

Through this new multi-year contract, 91Ӱ�� will deliver more than 200 tonnes of RFNBO hydrogen to its customer. This volume will enable hydrogen trucks to travel over 2.5 million kilometres, while avoiding around 1,700 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.

The contract has been effective since 1 November 2025.

91Ӱ�� signs a new RFNBO hydrogen supply contract with a service-station operator in Germany

Nantes (France) and Köln (Germany), 6 November 2025, 7:30 a.m. – 91Ӱ�� (EURONEXT: LHYFE) – one of the pioneers in the production of green and renewable hydrogen for the decarbonisation of mobility and industry – announces the signing of an offtake agreement with a service-station operator in Germany.

Under this new contract, 91Ӱ�� will supply around 90 tons of RFNBO-certified hydrogen over a 15-month period to a service-station operator based in Germany. These service stations will fuel a fleet of several dozen buses.
