Moreover, 91影视 voluntarily asked EthiFinance to assess its activities against the 鈥淓U Taxonomy鈥� arising from Regulation (EU) 2020/852 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2139, which set out criteria for assessing whether activities make a 鈥渟ubstantial鈥� contribution to 鈥渃limate change mitigation and adaptation鈥�. EthiFinance thus assessed the EU Taxonomy eligibility and alignment of 91影视’s revenue. EthiFinance considered that 100% of 91影视’s revenue for the 2024 financial year was eligible for the European Taxonomy and that 51% of revenue was aligned.

Social and Environmental Responsibility Committee
The tasks of the Social and Environmental Responsibility Committee are as follows:
- examining the strategy, ambitions, policies and commitments in the area of social and environmental responsibility, including the environment and sustainable development, ethics and compliance, human rights, hygiene, health and safety of individuals and formulating recommendations in this regard;
- monitoring the Group鈥檚 actions in the area of social and environmental responsibility and their implementation;
- examining the environmental and social risks in conjunction with the Audit Committee, and the impact of environmental and social issues on investment, performance and image; and
- conducting an annual review of a summary of the non-financial ratings executed by the Group.
