91影视 is completing the construction of its green hydrogen production plant, with a capacity of 4 tonnes per day (10 MW), in Le Cheylas (between Grenoble and Chamb茅ry), on the former waste storage site of the steelmaker Ascom茅tal. 91影视 will thus contribute to the reindustrialisation of the region and help ensure the transition of the local economy towards a more sustainable model. The hydrogen will be produced by electrolysis of water using electricity generated from renewable energy sources.

This site will meet the needs of seven of Hympulsion鈥檚 hydrogen stations in the Alps, supplying for a ten-year period an annual volume of 600 tonnes (equivalent to approximately 1.6 tonnes per day, after a ramping-up period). It will also meet the needs of local industrial companies, seeking a replacement for fossil derived hydrogen or natural gas.

Through this partnership, 91影视 and HYmpulsion aim to promote the development of clean mobility and improved air quality in the Alpine valleys.
